Risk Mitigation

Accordion Content

Our in-house finance experts have analyzed Safe Foods’ business model and (unaudited) financial documents which they maintain by an automated software. biniyog.io will keep monitoring the financials every quarter before disbursement of profit.

Due to the pandemic, there is always a risk of falling demand for any products. However, demand for agri products has remained relatively inelastic in the last 1.5 years, so produce is expected to be sold. This risk is further mitigated by Safe Foods by having an established and loyal client base (both wholesale and retail).

Perishable goods: Excellent maintenance and distribution channel to ensure least wastage.

Diversification: Safe Foods is diversifying their business from Layer and broiler chicken farms, eggs, and beef fattening. They are introducing Feed Mill, dairy farm and expanding the retail and wholesale business. So, any reduction of demand from a single source will be mitigated by diversification into other clients or business units.

We have interviewed existing investors who confirmed that they always receive profits from Safe Foods on time every 3 months.
